Rachel Yang graduated from Law School of Shanghai University with a BA Hons degree in Law. After 2 years service with Sheng Enterprises, a US-based company, where Rachel led the establishment of pharmaceutical and hi-tech engineering business units for the firm in China, Israel and US, and facilitated the first offshore venture fund with SSTI Shanghai Municipal Government Investment Company, she joined FCP China in 2006.

Rachel is primarily responsible for driving and managing FCP's corporate advisory, structuring and corporate services divisions in China, focusing on cross-border transactions, China market entry and offshore services. Rachel brings considerable China corporate knowledge and a cross-business relationship network to the management team of FCP China.

Veronica Lam has over 13 years experience in accounting, finance and audit. After graduating from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Veronica started her career with an international audit firm. She was promoted to a senior position before leaving to join a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange which engaged in travel and travel related services in Hong Kong, property development and agency services in China, hotel investment and management and retail services in UK and financial services and securities brokerage services in Hong Kong. Veronica was responsible for all finance matters of the Group and became Head of Accounting and Finance Department before leaving in 2007 to join FCP.

Veronica is a qualified accountant, a Member of CPA (Australia) (CPA (Aust.)) and an Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). Veronica heads up FCP's Finance Department and is also responsible for managing its offshore corporate services business. She brings considerable finance related experience and corporate management skills to the FCP team.

Kevin Huang holds a Bachelor Degree in Management, from South West University of Finance and Economics in Sichuan province, China. Joining FCP in 2005, Kevin now holds the position of Investment Manager, and primarily responsible for China market and industry research, identifying and analysing potential investments, as well as M&A transaction management with a specialised focus in logistics, retail and e-commence sectors in China.

Kevin brings valuable local market research and managerial experience to FCP' s investment and asset management team in China.
